Fitness options that tailor to your needs
Personal training that lasts 60 minutes focuses on your fitness level, goals and needs. Client consultation and assessments are done prior to working together to ensure your training program is set to your goals, keeping injuries and other health conditions in mind.
Small Group Training
Groups of 3 to 15 are put through a workout that caters to the overall goal of the group. Modifications are provided so that everyone in the group can move through the class together. Group training is a great way to stay motivated. Partner workouts make your training session encouraging and fun!
Similar to small group training, corporate groups are trained keeping everyones fitness level in mind. Build your team spirit with partner and group workouts that are challenging, motivating and fun.
